An application for an alcoholic beverage permit can be printed out in the “Forms” section of our website. A copy can also be faxed from or picked up at the Council office located inside the Parish courthouse. All steps of the application process must be completed, and the applicant must return in person to the Parish Council office to receive their permit. The applicant must take the permit to the office of the Sheriff, also located in the Parish courthouse, to proceed with the alcoholic beverage permit process.
