District Description:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of West Hog Branch and the Livingston Parish/St. Helena Parish boundary, then proceed easterly to the northeast corner of Livingston Parish, being the boundary corner common to Livingston, St. Helena and Tangipahoa Parishes, then proceed southerly along the boundary between Livingston and Tangipahoa Parishes onto the centerline of the centerline of the Natalbany River, continuing southerly to the centerline of a tributary of the Natalbany River; then northwesterly to the centerline of a power transmission line; then southwesterly to the centerline of Blood River; then northerly to the centerline of Interstate 12; then westerly to the centerline of the Tickfaw River; then northerly to the centerline of U.S. Hwy. 190; then westerly to the centerline of West Hog Branch, then northerly to the point of beginning.
