Cindy Wale was the first woman elected to
the Livingston Parish Council in October of 2007. She is a lifelong
resident of Livingston Parish and is a graduate of Denham Springs
High School and Spencer Draughon Business College. She is the Vice-President/Manager of
Capital One Bank, formerly Fidelity National Bank and Hibernia
National Bank and has been employed with them for 29 years. She
serves on the executive boards of the Baton Rouge Area Chamber,
representing Livingston Parish, and the Livingston Economic
Development Council. She is the past president of the LEDC and
currently serves as their secretary. Cindy is also on the board of
the Livingston Parish Chamber of Commerce. Mrs. Wale is a licensed
notary for the State of Louisiana and a licensed life, health and
accident insurance agent. She is married to J.J. Wale and they have
two children, Jennifer 24, and Jeffrey 19. She is an active member
of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.

Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of LA Hwy. 64 and the centerline of the Amite River, which is also the western parish boundary, then easterly along the centerline of LA Hwy. 64 to the centerline of LA Hwy. 1019; then northerly to the centerline of the Amite Church Road; then easterly to the centerline of LA Hwy. 16; then southerly to the centerline of LA Hwy. 1025 (Arnold Road); then easterly to the centerline of West Colyell Creek; then southerly to the centerline of LA Hwy. 1026 (Lockhart Road); then proceed southeasterly to the centerline of the Canadian National/Illinois Central Railroad; then westerly to the centerline of Barnett Road, then southerly to the centerline of US 190; then westerly to the centerline of Juban Road; then southerly to the centerline of Interstate 12; then westerly to the centerline of Gray"s Creek; then northerly to the centerline of the LA Hwy. 1026 (Lockhart Road); then westerly to the centerline of Cockerham Road; then proceed southerly and westerly along the centerline of Cockerham Road to the centerline of LA Hwy. 16 (Range Avenue); then northerly to the centerline of Colton Creek; then southwesterly to the centerline of the Amite River, the western parish boundary; then northerly to the point of beginning.
