SEWERAGE DISTRICT NO. 9

Sec. 17-164. Created. 

Pursuant to the authority conferred by R.S. 33:3881 et seq. there is hereby created a sewerage district within the parish, comprising and embracing all of that territory within the following described boundaries, to wit: All areas composing the entire parish bounded by the parish boundaries, excepting all incorporated areas and the areas contained within the existing boundaries of Livingston Parish Sewer Districts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8.
