SEWERAGE DISTRICT NO. 6

Sec. 17-122. Created. 

Pursuant to the authority conferred by R.S. 33:3881 et seq. there is hereby created a sewerage district within the parish, comprising and embracing all of that territory within the following described boundaries, located in Sections 13 and 24, Township 7 South, Range 6 East, G. L. D., Parish of Livingston, Louisiana, to wit: Commencing at a point 500 feet west of the southeast corner of Section 13, Township 7 South, Range 6 East; thence north for approximately 1,800 feet; thence in a northwesterly direction parallel to and 500 feet north of the centerline of Louisiana Highway 42 for approximately 2,000 feet; thence south for 3,200 feet; thence east for 1,750 feet; thence for approximately 500 feet back to the point of commencement. A subdivision commonly known as Springfield Terrace is located within the herein described boundary.
