RECREATION DISTRICT NO. 1

Sec. 12-22. Generally. 

By virtue of the authority conferred by R.S. 33:4562 et seq., in Chapter 11 of Title 33 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, Recreation District No. 1 of the Parish of Livingston, State of Louisiana, created by ordinance of the police jury passed and approved on September 10, 1959, is hereby recreated and the boundaries of said district are to comprise and embrace all of the following territory, to wit: 
From the point of beginning at the northeast corner of Section 39, Township 5 South, Range 5 East proceed south along the east section line of said section; continue south along the east section line of Section 6, Township 5 South, Range 5 East; continue south along the east section line of Section 7, Township 5 South, Range 5 East; continue south along the east section line of Section 18, Township 5 South, Range 5 East; continue south along the east section line of Section 19, Township 5 South, Range 5 East to the southeast corner of said section; thence proceed west along the south section line of said section; continue west along the south section line of Section 40, Township 5 South, Range 4 East to the southwest corner of said section; thence proceed south along the east section line of Section 26, Township 5 South, Range 4 East; continue south along the east section line of Section 35, Township 5 South, Range 4 East to the southeast corner of said section; thence proceed west along the south section line of said section to the southwest corner of said section;
