GAS UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1

Sec. 17-190. Boundaries. 

The district created in this division shall contain within its boundaries the following described territory, to wit: Beginning at the north line of Livingston Parish, in Township Five (5) East, at the Northwest corner of Section Five (5); thence southerly along the west line of Sections Five (5) and Eight (8), Seventeen (17), Twenty (20), Twenty-Nine (29) and Thirty-Two (32) and along the west line of Sections Five (5) and Eight (8), Township Six (6) South, Range Five (5) East; thence easterly along the south line of Section Eight (8), Township Six (6) South, Range Five (5) East, to the northwest corner of Sections Sixteen (16), Twenty-One (21) and Twenty-Eight (28), Township Six (6) South, Range Five (5) East; thence easterly along the south line of Sections Twenty-Eight (28) and Twenty-Seven (27), Township Six (6) South, Range Five (5) East, to the northwest corner of Section Thirty-Five (35); thence southerly along the west line of Section Thirty-Five, Township Six (6) South, Range Five (5) East; thence easterly along the south line of Sections Thirty-Five (35), Forty-One (41), Thirty-Six (36) and Thirty-One (31), Township Six (6) South, Range Five (5) East; thence northerly along the east line of Section Thirty-One (31); thence westerly along the north line of Section Thirty-One (31), Township Six (6) South, Range Five (5) East; thence northerly along the west line of Sections Thirty (30) and Nineteen (19), Township Six (6) South, Range Five (5) East; thence easterly along the south line of Sections Eighteen (18), Seventeen (17), Sixteen (16), Fifteen (15) and Fourteen (14) to Little Natalbany Branch, Township Six (6) South, Range Five East; thence southerly along Little Natalbany Branch a distance of 0.60 miles; thence east to the east parish line; thence northerly along the east parish line to the northeast corner of the parish; thence westerly along the north parish line to the point of beginning.
