FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT NO. 8

Sec. 6-119. Description of district. 

The Code of Ordinances of the Parish of Livingston is hereby amended to change the description of Fire Protection District No. 8, so as to have it now read as follows: 

Begin at the intersection of the centerline of Poley Bayou with the centerline of Colyell Creek; thence, in a southern direction along centerline of said bayou to its intersection with a projection of the centerline of CC 35 (George Watts) Road; thence, along said projection and said centerline in a northeastern direction to its intersection with the west line of Section 37, T8S-R5E; thence, proceed north along said west line of Section 37, T8S-R5E to the northeast corner of said section, thence, along north line of said section and north line of Section 44, T8S-R5E, to its intersection with the Ward 3-Ward 10 boundary line; thence, in a southern direction along said boundary line to its intersection with the centerline of the Amite River; thence, in a southwestern direction along said centerline to its intersection with the centerline of Colyell Creek; thence, in a northern direction along said centerline to its intersection with the centerline of Poley Bayou and point of beginning.
