FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT NO. 7

Sec. 6-115. Boundaries. 

Fire Protection District No. 7 within the Parish of Livingston, State of Louisiana, comprises and embraces all of that territory within the following described boundaries, to wit: 

Begin at the intersection of the centerline of the Tickfaw River with the southern right-of-way of I-12 Interstate Highway; thence, in a southern direction along centerline of said river to its intersection with the centerline of Wall Bayou; thence, in a western direction along centerline of said bayou and centerline of a tributary to its intersection with the east line of Section 44, T 8 S--R 5 E; thence, in a northern direction along the said east line to the northwest corner of Section 44, T 8 S--R 5 E, thence, west along the northern lines of Sections 44 and 37, T 8 S--R 5 E to the intersection of the western most 1/4 section line of Section 4, T 8 S--R 5 E; thence, proceed in a northern direction along said line through Section 4, T 8 S--R 5 E, Sections 33, 28, 21, and 16, T 7 S--R 5 E to its intersection with the south line of Section 9, T 7 S--R 5 E; thence west along the south line of said section to the southwest corner of Section 9, T 7 S--R 5 E; thence, in a northern direction along the west line of said Section 9 and 4, T 7 S--R 5 E, to the intersection of a line which [is] 300 feet southwest of and parallel to Red Oak Road; thence, in a northwest direction along said line to its intersection with the south right-of-way line of I-12 Interstate Highway; thence, in an eastern direction along said right-of-way line to its intersection with the centerline of the Tickfaw River, and point of beginning.
