FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT NO. 10

Sec. 6-131. Created; boundaries. 

There is hereby created a fire protection district within the Parish of Livingston, State of Louisiana, comprising and embracing all of that territory within the following described boundaries, to wit: 

Begin at the northwest corner of Section 3, Township 5 South, Range 4 East; thence in a southern direction along the west line of Sections 3, 10, 15, 22, 27 and 34, Township 5 South, Range 4 East, and Sections 3 and 10, Township 6 South, Range 4 East, to the southwest corner of the northwest quarter of said Section 10, Township 6 South, Range 4 East; thence in an eastern direction through Sections 10, 11 and 12, Township 6 South, Range 4 East, and Section 7, Township 6 South, Range 5 East, to the southeast corner of the northeast quarter of said Section 7, Township 6 South, Range 5 East; thence in a southern direction along the east line of Sections 7 and 18, Township 6 South, Range 6 East, to the southeast corner of said Section 18, Township 6 South, Range 5 East, thence in an eastern direction along the north line of Sections 20 and 21, Township 6 South, Range 5 East, to the centerline of Hog Branch; thence in a southern direction along said centerline to its intersection with the north right-of-way line of the I-12 Interstate Highway; thence in an eastern direction along said right-of-way to the southeast corner of Section 36, Township 6 South, Range 5 East, thence in a northern direction along the east line of Sections 36, 25, 24, 13, 12, and 1, Township 6 South, Range 5 East, and Sections 44 and 43, Township 5 South, Range 5 East, to the northeast corner of said Section 43, Township 5 South, Range 5 East; thence in an eastern direction along the north line of Section 43, Township 5 South, Range 6 East, to the centerline of the Tickfaw River; thence in a northern direction along said centerline to the northern direction along said centerline to the north boundary of Livingston Parish; thence in a western direction along the north line of Section 47, Township 5 South, Range 6 East, and Sections 47, 1, 2, 3, 38, 4, 5, 6 and 39, Township 5 South, Range 5 East, and Sections 1, 38, 2 and 3, Township 5 South, Range 4 East, to the northwest corner of Section 3, Township 5 South, Range 4 East and point of beginning.
