GRAVITY DRAINAGE DISTRICT NO. 3

Sec. 14-153. Boundaries. 

The drainage district created in this division shall contain within its boundaries all of the property described as follows, to wit: Beginning at the point where Colyell Bay or Colyell Creek intersects with the Amite River; thence in a northeasterly direction following the meanderings of said Colyell Creek to a point where Colyell Creek crosses the northern boundary line of Section 22, Township 7 South, Range 4 East and corner; thence in a westerly direction on a straight line to intersect with the Amite River in Section 43, Township 7 South, Range 2 East; thence in a southeasterly direction following the meanderings of the said Amite River back to the point of beginning; the above described property being all that territory embraced within the boundaries formerly known as Ward Seven (7) of Livingston Parish, and presently known as a portion of Ward Two (2) of Livingston Parish.
